Please Note: I take pride in providing a personalized service, and it's important to mention that I am a small operation with a single point of contact for text and email inquiries. While I strive to respond as swiftly as possible, there may be times when I experience high demand during the day. Booking Appointments / Cancellation Policy: Effective May 1, 2017, I have implemented the following appointment booking and cancellation policy:

• To reschedule or cancel an appointment, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide this notice will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of your scheduled appointment fee.
• Timeliness is crucial, and if you arrive late for your appointment, you may not get a full service (ie no blow dry) Punctuality respects not only my time but also the time of clients scheduled after your appointment.
• In the event of a no-show, you will be unable to re-book without first settling 50% of the fee from your previous appointment.
